48-year-old accused of theft and falsifying records
A Ramsey man has had charges of theft and falsifying records withdrawn.
Andrew Gray Hardy of Andreas Road appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
Prosecution advocate Roger Kane told the hearing he'd reviewed the evidence against the 48 year old.
He withdrew all five charges and magistrates awarded costs to the defence.
