Thoughtless vandals branded as 'scum'
Images of household waste dumped in a nature spot in the east of the Island, has sparked outrage on social media.
The twitter campaign '3POPIoM', which encourages the Manx public to pick three pieces of plastic litter, photographed the result of a fly tip in Port Soderick glen on Christmas Eve.
Along with cereal boxes, tin cans and food wrappers, powdered laundry detergent is pictured scattered amongst the waste.
The post, which branded the individual responsible 'a piece of scum' was roundly supported by the Manx Wildlife Trust and Biosphere Isle of Man accounts.
