Flybe plane "effectively" impounded

Collapsed airline owes landing fees and air passenger duty

Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan says the Flybe plane at Ronaldsway is "effectively" impounded as the collapsed airline owes landing fees to the Isle of Man Government.

The Bombardier Dash 8 aircraft has a replacement value of around £25 million and a book value of £4 million.
