Call for new terminal guarantees
TravelWatch claims moving the Manx ferry terminal half a mile up the River Mersey would create a 'predicament' for passengers.
The group has raised concerns over the proposed Prince's Half Tide Dock site, which it's claimed is in a 'public transport desert'.
Although the redevelopment plans contain provision for a new access road linking vehicle drivers to the city centre, there has been no formal indication as to how foot passengers will be able to travel onwards after getting off the boat.
