Ex-MHK says those making decisions "don't care" about Isle of Man
A former Chief Minister of the Isle of Man is urging government to crack down on Jersey's influence over Manx banks.
Tony Brown says those making decisions affecting local branches "don't care" because they aren't based here.
It follows the recent announcement from Lloyds that its branches in Castletown and Peel will shut in the New Year.
Mr Brown, who served in the House of Keys for 30 years, told the Mannin Line there needs to be a change:
Local mobile catering company Filbey's to call it a day
Ramsey Rocks event cancelled
MWT plans to plant almost 10,000 trees
Duck off: Chinese takeaway on the hunt for bigger ducks
