Tax strategy due to be debated in Tynwald next week
More should be done to encourage Manx businesses to retrain staff in jobs that are likely to become obsolete.
That's from a former government economist commenting on the recently-published tax strategy.
The document will be debated at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
