Changing the 'toxic culture' at Noble's Hospital could take decades according to a former health minister.
David Ashford has responded to the findings of a Care Quality Commission report which highlights serious failings within the Emergency Department.

He held the position as minister between 2018 and 2021 before moving to Treasury.
The CQC report, which was commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care, reveals a ‘feral attitude’ from senior medical staff, bullying and blame culture.
