Quirk questions why Tynwald celebrations aren't always on 5 July
A former Onchan MHK says he believes Tynwald Day should always be celebrated on 5 July.
This year, as it fell over the weekend, the celebration took place on Monday instead (6 July).
David Quirk told Manx Radio he feels that moving it for convenience, and cost, is wrong.
