Forum could improve relationship between unions and gov't

Creation of industrial relations body in progress

Those involved in the creation of a new industrial relations forum say it could help avoid future disputes between unions and government.

It's in the process of being established by a number of groups and the Policy and Reform Minister, Ray Harmer.
