Government signs contract for mutual free medical care
A free healthcare agreement between the Isle of Man and Guernsey will not come at any cost to the Department of Health and Social Care.
Minister David Ashford says the reciprocal contract with the channel island is mutually beneficial.
It means any Manx visitors that need emergency medical care in Guernsey, will have access to it without charge.
The agreement is active now, until the unique air corridor with the channel island comes to an end.
And Mr Ashford says it works both ways:
Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
Liverpool ferry terminal closed again this weekend
