
Supplies of salt are being delivered this afternoon (24 March) to primary schools around the Island for the public to help themselves.
The Department of Infrastructure says it will deliver a couple of tonnes of salt to schools, now on a two week Easter break, as they are well-known and accesible community locations from which local people can collect supplies.
You can take home salt from the following primary schools:

• Ballaugh School
• Bunscoill Ghaelgagh
• Cronk y Berry School
• Foxdale School
• Jurby School
• Manor Park School
• Marown School
• Michael School
• Onchan School
• Peel Clothworkers' School
• Scoill Ree Gorree
• Scoill yn Jubilee
• St John's School
• Sulby School
• Willaston School
Supplies will also be delivered to Queen Elizabeth II High School in Peel and Isle of Man College of Further and Higher Education in Douglas.
