Life of Ian Lowey to be remembered
The funeral will be held this morning (Wednesday) of a proud Manxman who contributed greatly to the Island’s community.
Ian Lowey, who passed away suddenly a fortnight ago at the age of 71, was clerk for Arbory Commissioners for 40 years.
He was also instrumental in the work of the Manx Municipal Association and the Mooinjer Veggey pre-school.
The service today is at Arbory Parish Church at 11am.
