Owners say 2023 will be 'last full summer season'
The owners of Ballamoar Campsite in Ballaugh Glen say this year could be their last full summer season.
In a statement they say it's due to 'difficulties' and 'timing issues' in renewing their lease with the landowners.
Next year, it says, they will possibly 'only be operating for the TT, Southern 100, MGP and a few select weekends', with a view to closing the site on 22 September 2024.
A post on social media says any future operation of the site, which has been open since 2013, will be up to the current landowners.
The team have thanked all of the site's customers for their 'support and generosity' over the years.
