Chef rolls up sleeves for Food and Drink Festival
Celebrity chef and hill farmer Gareth-Wyn Jones has been touring the Island ahead of this weekend's Food and Drink Festival.
The Welshman is Saturday's star turn at the Villa Marina event, where he's expected to draw large crowds for a cookery demonstration featuring Manx produce.
The two day festival is the largest annual showcase of Manx food and drink, with producers large and small exhibiting, along with an array of stalls and activities for families.
Last year, more than 7000 people came thgrough the festival gates.
This afternoon, Gareth was given his first taste of Manx life, on a tour hosted by the National Farmers' Union.
We caught up with him at the Bungalow as he completed an off-road quad bike experience in the Manx countryside:
