Daphne will quiz DOI and DEFA ministers
Concerns will be raised about Tramway Terrace and its future in todays Tynwald sitting.
Daphne Caine will put questions to the infrastructure and environment ministers about the building a findings from a recent report surrounding it.
In October last year the DOI produced plans to demolish the building.
But two months later, a report commissioned by engineers for DEFA said there's no evidence that the building is incapable of repair.
The Garff MHK - who is also chair of the Douglas Bay Tramway Heritage Trust - told Manx Radio she's concerned if it's left too long the state of the building can deteriorate:
