Only two received so far this month
The chair of the Office of Fair Trading says the number of complaints its received about Isle of Man Energy has drastically fallen in the past couple of months.
It's after Tynwald passed a motion stopping the gas provider cutting off certain groups of people during the winter months.
Tim Glover was asked how many people are in dispute with Islands Energy Group (Isle of Man Energy's parent group) over their bill, and how many of them are facing disconnection as a result.
He says things seem to have improved since last year:
