Public describe increases as 'outrageous'
People across the Island are being told they'll have to find an extra £677 as a result of surging gas prices.
Yesterday Manx Gas announced a 43.9 per cent increase from the beginning of September.
The Cabinet Office Minister Kate Lord-Brennan has criticised Manx Gas on social media accusing them of 'hiking the prices then immediately pointing the finger to the taxpayer to pay'.
