Glen Truan Golf Links is up for sale, along with Ballaskilley Farm in Bride.
The 152-acre site which includes a detached six-bed farmhouse, two lakes, outbuildings and a private driveway has been listed by Cowley Groves.
Two years ago, plans had been submitted by Pure Leisure Group for 55 holiday lodges at the site, but they were met with resistance by the local community, and subsequently dropped.
