
A government training centre for would-be builders and tradesmen could soon become a precision engineering facility.
The Department of Education and Children has applied to change the use of the building, on the Hills Meadow Industrial Estate in Douglas.
The construction crafts and engineering training centre near Pulrose Road Bridge would be re-modelled to cater for the aerospace and precision engineering industries.
