Chief Minister was questioned on the matter this week
The Chief Minister says any messaging around the TT must be 'with relevance' after government's role in that regard was questioned this week.
Alfred Cannan was asked in Tynwald whether he thought there was 'sufficient' messaging from government given to visitors at this year's racing fortnight.
He says there would have to be a balance between 'friendly' updates and important information around things such as road safety and healthcare.
Manx Radio's political correspondent Phil Gawne asked Mr Cannan for his views on any potential increased government presence:
