Health Minister says any reopening will be phased
A phased approach to the Island's borders is to be published in a government 'roadmap' later this week.
Health Minister David Ashford says any reopening will be dictated by events in nearby jurisdictions.
He was speaking live on the Mannin Line this lunchtime.
Mr Ashford wanted to offer some reassurance:
