Staff left upset and considering leaving job, surgery says
A Manx GP practice says its staff are at their 'lowest ebb' as it experiences a rise in poor behaviour towards its team.
Palatine Group Practice based at Strang Corner Field in Braddan says the situation has left staff upset and considering leaving their job.
It adds most of its patients are very understanding, and the surgery is 'working harder than ever' to answer as many calls as possible.
The practice is urging residents to 'think twice' before making GP staff the target of their frustrations.
