Former Island residents says laughing can ease stress
Manx parents are being urged to give themselves a break as we head towards what would have been the Easter holidays.
Most schools around the Island closed to all but the children of key workers nearly a fortnight ago, with mums and dads assuming responsibility for their education for the time being.
Former Island resident Stephanie Davies is an expert in happiness and humour, and founded the company Laughology.
She's been working with the kids TV show Pop to look at what makes youngsters laugh, and how happy kids can make happier parents.
Steph says finding out what makes the family laugh can really ease a stressful situation.
