Headteachers running more than one school 'can be a positive'

The education minister insists there are advantages to schools sharing leadership

The education minister insists an exceptional leader can benefit multiple schools.

It follows concerns over the growing number of primary schools on the Island that share a headteacher with another school.

The education department's website lists 24 individuals as headteachers at the 32 primary schools on the Island.
