Health Minister fears regulatory board is acting outside the law
A report from a health regulatory body is 'full of errors' according to the Island's health minister.
Lawrie Hooper has criticised the annual report by the Health Services Consultative Committee, which was published earlier this month.
The committee reports to the Department of Health and Social Care on the performance and quality of the health service.
But, Mr Hooper fears the board has been stepping outside its remit:
