Hooper says global challenges still being felt
The health minister's been defending the significant raise his department is set to get as part of this year's Budget.
The Department of Health and Social Care is due to have its funding increased by £41.2 million in the next financial year.
Almost half of that will be paid for by an increase to the higher rate of Income Tax.
But Lawrie Hooper says his department still faces a number of challenges:
