Incorrect figure published on Friday
The health minister admits a 'human error' was made last week in the counting of those 'presumed recovered' from coronavirus.
David Ashford says the 271 figure declared on Friday was 'too high', which has resulted in an inconsistency in this week's data.
Mr Ashford asked his department to recount this figure over the weekend which showed an incorrect increase of 11 recoveries.
This was updated on Monday, with the true number of additional recoveries at three, giving a total of 263.
Government is now publishing the number of active cases as opposed to presumed recovered.
The health minister says many people found the number of recoveries 'confusing'.
