Hooper hopes body will be up and running in the near future
The health minister says he's frustrated a new body to review complaints about the Island's health service is not yet in operation.
Plans for a Health and Social Care Ombudsman were given the go-ahead last year with the panel set to replace the current Independent Review Board.
Lawrie Hooper has confirmed up to eight members will be recruited to the organisation, with five having already been appointed.
But he hopes the ombudsman will be ready to take on cases soon:
