A Liverpool man suspected of having more than £11,000-worth of heroin hidden inside his body has been remanded in custody.
Thirty-nine year-old James Boyd of Morningside Road appeared before the Deputy High Bailiff.
He was arrested at the Sea Terminal last month and taken to Noble's Hospital for medical treatment.
A number of packages concealed inside were subsequently passed and seized by police.
The man has been charged with various drug offences and remanded until November the fourth.
