Charles Guard speaks of Island heritage sites
A local historian has spoken out against Tynwald, calling it 'a kind of a sham'.
Charles Guard has been highlighting the importance of the upkeep of Island heritage sites, many of which have fallen into disarray.
Mr Guard says a report on Built Heritage with 19 recommendations will go through Tynwald.
But believes the votes on it will be meaningless:
Chamber: Positive Moneyval assessment vital for Island's future
Prostate cancer pathway available despite lack of screening
More than 200 residential planning applications granted permission but work yet to commence
Aviation safety audit will be 'completely independent'
