Minister will deliver new mandate to Tynwald
The health and social care minister says he's hopeful services at Noble's Hospital - and other medical centres - will improve over the coming year.
Lawrie Hooper says new targets being put before next month's sitting of Tynwald are ambitious but achievable.
He'll present the Mandate to Manx Care which should start on 1 April.
The health body will be asked to treat or transfer 95 per cent of patients attending the Emergency Department within four hours and asks for urgent referrals to the service to be dealt with inside two weeks:
