A Ramsey MHK says money being considered for cruise liner facilities would be much better spend regenerating existing Manx ports.
Lawrie Hooper's putting a motion to the November sitting of Tynwald.
He also claims the town's marina plans threaten the local nature reserve.
Mr Hooper says they should be stopped at once:
