Steam Packet boss discusses new terminal and fastcraft's replacement
It's hoped once the new ferry terminal is in operation the Steam Packet can put on a year-round ferry service to Liverpool.
Currently, the Manannan doesn't carry passengers to Merseyside during the winter months and it's received some modifications to allow it to berth at the new site.
Meanwhile, the company's latest business plan shows it doesn't expect the fastcraft will be replaced before 2030.
There are questions still over when the new terminal will be in operation, with a number of recent deadlines for opening missed.
