Despite cancellation in NW England
A hosepipe ban in the Isle of Man will come into force as planned tomorrow (3 August).
That's despite a similar measure that was due to come into force across most of north west England this weekend being called off.
United Utilities says cooler temperatures and recent rain means it doesn't need to introduce the measures there at the moment.
The firm says it could still bring in a ban in the coming weeks if there isn't more rain.
But Manx Utilities is going ahead with its crackdown, which will remain in place until further notice.
