Hospice Isle of Man received a cheque of £3,304 from the Manx branch of the Freemasons Grand Charity.
All the money was raised by Freemasons and their families in a scheme which has seen £11million given to hospices across Great Britain since 1984.
The donations will go towards helping patients with terminal cancer or life-limiting illnesses.
Isle of Man Freemasons Grand Master Keith Dalrymple says he's thrilled the organisation has continued to provide vital funding for the charity.
