Looking for People and Organisational Development boss
A new senior post at Isle of Man Hospice is a key part of its new strategy - but won't eat-up money donated by the Manx public.
That reassurance from chief executive Anne Mills, who's advertising for a Head of People and Organisational Development.
The remit combines responsibility for human resources and a programme of change.
Hospice is one of the largest and wealthiest charities in the Island, with 180 staff on its books. They include a team in marketing and fund-raising.
Ms Mills says she understands concerns about the running costs of charities, but is assuring donors the post is vital, and will see the hospice into the future:
Lessons learned after snow day confusion
More than 100 firearms surrendered
Planning application to extend TT hospitality tent for new Food and Drink Festival submitted
'No tangible positives' achieved by public sector integrity line, says trade union
