Clinic dates to be set six weeks in advance
Hospital appointments will be booked six weeks in advance to try and reduce the number of people who don't turn up.
Manx Care says there is an issue with patients who do not attend – or DNA.
It's blamed the fact clinics are booked too far in advance with appointments made, in some cases, for 12 months in the future.
