MHK fears model is 'hindering career progression' for staff
Single headteachers running multiple schools could be hindering career progression for other staff, according to an MHK.
That format is already in operation at various schools, with some heads overseeing as many as three separate facilities.
Jason Moorhouse thinks it could bring benefits to the leadership aspect, but has concerns over other areas such as parental accessibility.
