Lt Gov Sir John Lorimer officially opened the bank
It's hoped having a bank on the high street in Douglas will attract more customers.
Lieutenant Governer Sir John Lorimer officially opened the new-look HSBC, on Strand Street, this morning.
The head of wealth and personal banking in the Isle of Man says since opening there's been a number of people visiting the branch.
Adam Belfield adds having the bank where it is, will also benefit nearby stores:
DoI 'committed' to reaching agreement with bus drivers
Fluoride varnish programme rolled out in Island schools in bid to reduce levels of tooth decay in children
Tynwald 'in a good place' for gender balance compared to other jurisdictions
