Port St Mary man in custody
A 33 year-old Port St Mary man has appeared in court accused of burgling Davison's Ice Cream Parlour in Peel in July.
Craig William Tiernan, of Bay View Road, went before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes yesterday.
The case has been adjourned and he is next due in court on 26 September.
Mr Tiernan, who also faces 12 further allegations of burglary, has been remanded in custody until then.
