Event held in conjunction with International Women's Day
In conjunction with International Women's Day 2018, an iconic dress will be auctioned this summer to "celebrate women's collective success" and raise money for a local charity.
A 'Preen by Thornton Bregazzi' dress is the prize - specifically the red 'Finella' design which features on Manx stamps, and was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge during a state visit to Canada in 2016.
Manx-born designers Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi are behind the piece, which will be auctioned silently from 23 to 25 June.
It's being run by the Isle of Man Post Office alongside the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group, to which the proceeds will be going.
