Police officer had to be stationed at bridge
A police officer has had to be stationed at the collapsed bridge in Laxey today, to stop people trying to walk onto it to take a 'selfie' with the bus which fell into the river on Thursday.
The chairman of Laxey Commissioners, Andrew Moore, has branded them 'idiots'.
He's calling their actions 'infantile' and 'incredibly dangerous', as they tied up resources which could have been used elsewhere.
The area has now been fenced off.
