Must keep politicians engaged
The Island's former Principal Youth Worker says the mission for his successor is to keep politicians engaged.
Ken Callister retired at the end of last week following 22 years working for the department of education and children (DEC).
His replacement has not yet been named but he's spoken of the biggest challenge facing whoever is named to take on the role.
Mr Callister says it hasn't changed from when he first began his own career in youth work:
