Debbie wants to create happiness in March 2027
Loved-up couples on the Isle of Man are being invited to try and win their wedding ceremony.
An independent celebrant has launched a competition to gift herself, as an officiant, for a ceremony or vow renewal.
Debbie Black wants to carry out the offer in March 2027 in honor of her mum who died in March 2021.

She told Manx Radio she wants to do something special that creates happiness:
Anyone who would like to put their name forward can email celebrant_iom@outlook.com.
The closing date is 28 September.
To become legally married on the Isle of Man all couples must still complete the necessary legal preliminaries and arrange for a legal marriage ceremony in accordance with the relevant legislation.
