Digital Isle of Man's 'Innovation Challenge' invited businesses to pitch ideas
Fourteen finalists from across the world are on Island today (13 June) for the final of Digital Isle of Man's 'Innovation Challenge'.
The competition attracted businesses ranging from start-up companies to giant corporations like Mercedes-Benz.
Entrants were asked to pitch their solutions to improve the Isle of Man through AI, Cleantech, and Fintech innovations, with an environmental twist.
It's something Head of Innovation Kurt Roosen says made them get more creative:
Creamery working to solve the mystery of tight screw caps on cartons
Young people's bereavement drop in service coming to an end
Pub's inclusive toilet signs vandalised
£100K cash injection for energy efficiency scheme
