Those still owed money should have it by lunchtime
If you're yet to receive your benefits, following yesterday morning's problems with payments, you should have them by lunchtime today.
According to Treasury, 30 per cent of people affected still need to be paid as of this morning.
The initial reason given for the problem was an 'administrative issue'.
