Drop-in session at Markwell House in Douglas today (26 Nov)
Four of the Isle of Man's banks will be at Markwell House in Douglas today (26 November) to assist people to open an account.
Treasury has arranged the drop-in session to support those who will be affected by when the Mi-Card service stops.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson said earlier this week the current cards are 'hardwired' to stop working at the end of the year and his department is still trying to contact about 600 residents to know how they'd like to receive their funds in the new year.
The drop-in session will take place from 9.30am until 12.30pm:
