Island could try 'hybrid' electing process for LegCo members, says candidate

'Scope to investigate' new system

A candidate for the upcoming Legislative Council elections says the Island could consider adopting a 'hybrid' voting system, where by members of the public get to vote as well.

Currently, LegCo members are elected solely by Members of the House of Keys.
