Wide range of initiatives and ideas to be discussed
A clarion call for businesses to embrace diversity will be made at what's billed as a 'ground-breaking' gathering in Douglas today (22 March).
The first Isle of Man International Diversity Conference opens at the Villa Marina this morning - aimed at leaders and managers in the public, private and third sectors.
They're promised a wide range of ideas and initiatives to help develop diversity and inclusion strategies in the workplace.
A line-up of speakers includes diversity advisers from the British Council, ITV and two high street banks.
Representatives from a range of Island business sectors, education, local charities and the police are due to attend.
The event's been organised by Jean-Paul Nguegang - who' says he's pleased with support for the venture:
