The Chief Minister has come face to face with the leaders of some of the countries who, it's claimed, are being robbed of taxes by offshore jurisdictions.
Allan Bell's meeting with David Cameron on Saturday over tax transparency resulted in round table support for the Prime Minister's wish to tackle tax avoidance and evasion.
